When we met to do an initial walk through my house, Mary gave me excellent feedback as to where I should concentrate my efforts to prepare putting my house on the market. She focused on a few areas which required immediate maintenance, and I followed her advice which undoubtedly put my house in a better light to potential sellers. Mary's knowledge of the market guided us to decide on a reasonable selling price. Her suggestions really paid off as within one day of listing the house, I had four offers! This led to the next area where Mary's expertise came into play; which offer was the best to take. While one may think taking the highest money offer is always best, Mary carefully explained how the particulars of each offer could affect the amount I ultimately received. In the end, 33 days elapsed between listing my house to its sale. I am thrilled with the amount received, and I am grateful to Mary Gordon for all her hard work throughout this process.

Thank goodness I did, because there were several hurdles, starting with my residence in another state. An excellent communicator, she kept me informed with speed and clarity, so I always knew what was happening. The property had some difficult issues which needed resolution before listing, and she promptly connected me with professional contractors who performed the needed work in timely fashion. During the sale, difficulties arose when the buyers delayed the closing date several times. Mary handled this as she did everything else, with grace, aplomb, and consummate professionalism. I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I give her my highest recommendation.
